The 34-year-old Croatian goalkeeper, Vladimir Bozic, has extended his contract with the German 2. Bundesliga club HC Rhein Vikings with 2 years to the summer of 2019.
"We are very pleased to be able to keep Vladimir. He is an important figure in our team, both in human and sport, and he has shown with his outstanding performance in our home win against ASV Hamm, how strong a goalkeeper he is." Vikings coach Ceven Klatt says in a press release of the club about his 34-year-old Croatian goalkeeper, who together with Danish Mikkel Møldrup has been the goalkeeper-team since the 2016/17 season.
"I am very happy to be part of this exciting project, and the people, both in the cabin and around the whole club, are great and I feel very comfortable here in the region," said Bozic.
Vladimir Bozic has previously played in clubs as RK Split (Croatia), RK Bosna Sarajevo (Bosnia), TSG Ludwigshafen-Friesenheim (Germany), HC Meshkov Brest (Belarus), Gwardia Opole (Poland), Bregenz Handball (Austria) and HT Tatran Prešov (Slovakia).
