Cvetković continues as Serbian coach

The Serbian Handball Federation has extended the contract with Jovica Cvetković.
The experienced Serbian coach, Jovica Cvetković, continues as Serbian national coach. That did the Management Board of the Serbian Handball Federation decide unanimously.
Jovica Cvetković replaced Dejan Peric as head coach of Serbia in October 2016 (read more here)
The former Serbian national coach, Dejan Peric, did not manage to qualify Serbia for the Olympic Games 2016 in Rio and World Championship 2017 in France.
Jovica Cvetković was coach of the Serbian national team from 2006 to 2009, where he managed to get the best Serbian result in the World Championship ever in 2009 in Croatia, where Serbia finished 8th.
