Portuguese line player to Guadalajara

The Portuguese line player Filipe Martins has signed a contract with the Spanish Liga Asobal club BM Guadalajara.

The 30-year-old Portuguese line player Filipe Martins leaves his current Spanish club ARS Palma del Río, who plays in the Spanish 2nd league, to join the Spanish Liga Asobal club BM Guadalajara from next season.

Martins in 2014 returned to ARS Palma del Río after having represented the club between 2009 and 2012, when he contributed to the club's historic rise to the Liga Asobal.

Filipe Martins has previously also played in the Portuguese top club FC Porto.
