Updated: SønderjyskE has announced Kasper Olsen as new player.

The 27-year-old Danish left back leaves Bjerringbro-Silkeborg to join the Danish League rivals SønderjyskE with immediate effect. He has signed a 2½-year contract to the summer of 2020. The clubs do not want to disclose details of transfer amounts.

 

According to the Danish newspaper Jydske Vestkysten has the Danish League club SønderjyskE signed the Danish left back of Bjerringbro-Silkeborg, Kasper Olsen, with immediate effect.

The 26-year-old Danish left back, Kasper Olsen, has since he came to Bjerringbro-Silkeborg from Århus Håndbold in 2016 been in the shadow of Nikolaj Markussen. Now, he allegedly takes action, leaves Bjerringbro-Silkeborg and joins the League rivals SønderjyskE with immediate effect. That learns Jydske Vestkysten.

SønderjyskE has injuries on important positions. The Swedish left back Mattias Thynell has groin problems and is out of the game for some time. The Danish right back Simon Kristiansen has bag problems and is out for some weeks.

Kasper Olsen has previously played in FIF, FC København and Århus Håndbold in Denmark and in the Swedish club HK Malmö.
