Rumor: Swedish national player to Skjern?

According to the Swedish handballsite Handbollskanalen.se the Swedish playmaker of the Swedish top club Alingsås HK, Jesper Konradsson, has signed a contract with the Danish top club Skjern Håndbold from next season to replace Lasse Mikkelsen.

It recently was announced that the 28-year-old Danish playmaker of Skjern Håndbold, Lasse Mikkelsen, leaves the club after 6 seasons after this season to join the German Bundesliga club MT Melsungen.

Now it looks like Skjern has found the replacement. According to Handbollskanalen.se the choice fell on the Swedish national player of Alingsås, 22-year-old Jesper Konradsson.

Jesper Konradsson was close to signing a contract with the Danish top club KIF Kolding-København last season, but instead extended his contract with Alingsås to the summer of 2017.

Skjern Håndbold has in advanse the Swedish left back, Markus Olsson, in their squad. The club has to the new season already signed the Danish left wing Anders Eggert and the Danish goalkeeper Emil Nielsen.
