Lindblad stays in Hammarby

The Swedish line player of the Swedish club Hammarby Handboll, Patrick Lindblad, extends his contract to the summer of 2017.

The 23-year-old Swede came to Hammarby Handboll from IF Hallby HK in 2013, and now has a major role on the team - particularly in defense. The manager of Hammary Handboll Kalle Matsson expresses his joy for the contract extension in the press-release of the club:

"Patrick (Lindblad, red.) is important to us with his will and physique - and furthermore he is a real team-player. In addition he is a great person with leadership skills."

Hammarby Handboll finished in ninth plaee in the Swedish Elitserien last season.
