Lasse Andersson out for 6 months

The Danish national player of FC Barcelona, Lasse Andersson, is out for the rest of the season with a serious knee injury.
Lasse Andersson was injured last Saturday during the match between FC Barcelona and Wisla Plock in the last group match of the VELUX EHF Champions League.
Medical tests has according to fcbarcelona.cat shown, that Lasse Andersson has a ligament injury in his left knee that needs surgery. The 22-year-old Danish left back will be operated by Dr. Monllau and is out for the next six months.
Lasse Andersson came to FC Barcelona from KIF Kolding-København before this season. He participated with the Danish national team at the World Championship in France in January.
