The 17-year-old Danish U19-national player Jens Dolberg Plougstrup said no to SG Flensburg-Handewitt.

The 17-year old Danish left back, Jens Dolberg Plougstrup, trained in December 2015 with the German top club SG Flensburg-Handewitt, who was very interested in writing a contract with the Danish talent:

"They approached, and then I was down there and work out in a week's time. Just to see if it was what I wanted. I ended up saying no to it, and I am happy. I am training with the first team of Bjerringbro-Silkeborg (the Danish champions, red.) now, and I am also on the youth national, so I have probably chosen the right path," he states to the Danish newspaper BT.

Jens Dolberg Plougstrup is the cousin of the two years older Kasper Dolberg, who has great success as a striker in the Dutch football club Ajax in these days.

Jens Dolberg Plougstrup is noted for nine caps and 16 goals for the Danish U19 national team. On a daily basis he plays on Silkeborg-Voel KFUM's U18-team.
