The Montenegrin goalkeeper of IFK Kristianstad, Nebojša Simić, probably leaves the Swedish champions after this season. Several European clubs are allegedly interested.

According to the Montenegrin handballsite Handballme.me are several European top clubs interested in the 23-year-old Montenegrin goalkeeper of IFK Kristianstad, Nebojša Simić.

IFK Kristianstad has announced, that the club does not expect to hold on to the talented Montenegrin national player after this season, where he has a contract that expires.

The favorite to the signature of Nebojša Simić is according to Handballme.me the Macedonian top club RK Vardar, where Nebojša's dad, Goran Simić, is goalkeeper coach. The experienced 39-year-old Macedonian goalkeeper of RK Vardar, Petar Angelov, retires after this season.

The Belarusian champions Meshkov Brest is allegedly also interested in Simić, despite the fact that they have both Rade Mijatovic and Ivan Pesic under contract next season.

The Hungarian vice champions MOL-Pick Szeged is according to the Montenegrin handball site also looking for a new goalkeeper. Their Spanish goalkeeper Jose Manuel Sierra has a contract, that expires after this season.

The Danish top club KIF Kolding-København is also searching for a top goalkeeper. Kasper Hvidt retires, while Marcus Cleverly has a contract that expires, and according to Handballme.me wants to leave.

The ambitious German club MT Melsungen is allegedly also interested. Both Danish René Villadsen and Svetislav Verkic have contracts that expires, so the German Bundesliga club only has Johan Sjöstrand under contract.

The German league rivals, Frisch Auf! Göppingen, is according to Handballme.me also interested. Their Swedish head coach, Magnus Andersson, previously trained Nebojša Simić in HK Malmö in Sweden.
