Svitlica stays another year in GWD Minden

The topscorer of the German Bundesliga club GWD Minden, Aleksandar Svitlica, has extended his contract.

The 34-year-old former Montenegrin national player and current right wing of the German Bundesliga club GWD Minden, Aleksandar Svitlica, has extended his contract with the club he joined from BM Granollers in 2011 with another year to the summer of 2018.

"Aleks has consistently and consistently made good performances over many years. We are delighted to be able to plan with him in the new season," explains GWD Minden Sports Director Frank von Behren in a press release of GWD Minden.

Aleksandar Svitlica has previously also played in the Serbian club RK Lovćen Cetinje and the Swedish club IF Guif Eskilstuna. He has furthermore played 30 caps for Montenegro.
