Steaua signs former Romanian national player

The Romanian League side CSA Steaua Bucuresti has signed a 1+1-year contract with the 37-year-old Romanian playmaker Marius Stavrositu.

Marius Stavrositu returns to CSA Steaua Bucuresti, where he played from 2007 to 2010, after 7 years with the rivals HCM Constanta, where the former Romanian national player also started his career.

Marius Stavrositu, who has won the Romanian League 7 times, was from 1997 to 2007 a part of the Romanian national team. He played 105 matches and scored 234 goals.
