Rumor: Serbian playmaker to Vardar

Rumor: Janja Vojvodić joins RK Vardar.

According to Balkan-Handball.com the Macedonian champions RK Vardar has reinforced thier backcourt. The 21-year-old Serbian playmaker, Janja Vojvodić, allegedly is in negotiations with the Macedonians.

Janja Vojvodić has previously played in Macedonia with the rivals of Vardar, RK Metalurg. Afterwards he joined the Polish side, Śląsk Wrocław, which he left because of bad economy for the benefit of the Spanish club, Angel Ximenez Puente Genil. At the moment he is a free agent.

The former Serbian youth national player started his career in RK Vrbas in Serbia.

RK Vardar has neither confirmed or denied the rumors.
