The Romanian national player Mihai Popescu signs a long-term contract with St. Raphaël Var.

The 31-year-old Romanian goalkeeper of the French club St. Raphaël Var, Mihai Popescu, has extended his contract with 5 years to the summer of 2022.

The Romanian national player, who was named the player of Romania for the fifth time in 2016, came to St. Raphaël Var from the Romanian club HCM Constanta in 2015.

He has played 88 caps for Romania.
