Jörg Lützelberger replaces Robert Hedin as head coach of the Austrian club Bregenz Handball.

The 31-year-old German youth coach of the Austrian club Bregenz Handball, Jörg Lützelberger, gets promoted to head coach of the first team. He replaces the current Swedish head coach, Robert Hedin, after this season. The former professional handball player has signed a two year contract to the summer of 2019.

The former line player Jörg Lützelberger started his active senior career in TV Großwallstadt and has also played in German clubs as VfL Gummersbach, TBV Lemgo and TUSEM Essen. He retired in 2014 and became assistant coach of VfL Gummersbach.
