Karlsson rejects Skjern

The Swedish defense specialist of SG Flensburg-Handewitt, Tobias Karlsson, says no to Skjern Håndbold.

The contract of the Swedish defense specialist of SG Flensburg-Handewitt Tobias Karlsson's contract expires after this season. He has been at the Danish top club Skjern Håndbold to see the conditions, but the Chairman of the Board in Skjern Håndbold Carsten Thygesen confirms, that the 35-year-old former captain of the Swedish national team has rejected their offer:

"It is true that Tobias Karlsson has been an prospect, but there was no agreement," he says to TV2.dk.

By contrast, Skjern Håndbold has signed the team-mate of Tobias Karlsson, Anders Eggert, on a 3-year contract from next season.
